Did you know that in countries like Haiti and Honduras, 50 pairs of used shoes can provide food, shelter and education for a family for 26 days?
From Sunday, December 15 through Sunday, January 19, The Gate will be partnering with Soles4Souls to collect gently used shoes to ship overseas for people in need to resell them to earn a living. Our goal is to collect at least 50 pairs of shoes. So, clean out your closets and bring in some shoes for this awesome cause. For more information, please contact Pam Graham.
